I have the same bug as last year, when trying to click on an item in the E3 schedule, it plays another video (usually the last one I watched). So for instance, I'm clicking on "Watch Dog 2", which was at 1:20pm, and it's playing "New Bethesda Game!" which is completely different.
Tested on both Chrome and IE, PC.
It would be nice if it were fixed at some point, Gamespot has a long history of great E3 coverage, it's a shame we have to wait a few days before being able to watch the videos :( Except the few ones that are directly linked elsewhere.

The best guess is it's dead. The Microsoft PC Marketplace is now definitely closed anyway, and this rumour the OP launched was supposed to take place in the Games for Windows LIVE.
No, Rockstar is apparently happy enough to focus on those stupid consoles.
