Streaming 4k can never beat the quality of physical 4k media. There's no lag or connection issues to screw up the video and audio. Granted, streaming 4k still looks beautiful but the physical will always show and sound better. Speaking from experience.

Remember, this is different from digital games. Digital games are already downloaded and your accessing the actual file so in that concern there's no difference. Streaming and downloaded are two different things.

I'm sure Sony knows what they are doing even though it does suck there isn't a 4k blu ray drive. To each his own. I'm not here to say which is better, that's up to the gamer. Just wanted to explain the cons of 4k streaming as opposed to physical 4k media.

People can hate all they want, but im still playing Killer Instinct (500+ hours), Gears UE (200+ hours). I havent touched Titanfall in months but I also put 200+hours into that as well. So, catch me chillin' with a xb1 controller having fun while you talk about digits. =)
