And my now 4790k still murders at 1440p with a 1080ti. hell my i5 7400 murders at 1080p with the same gtx 970 wind force addition lol.

Halo wars (Haven't bout the second but I have played the demo for pc capability purposes and can say I will be buying it in the near future.) Any of the Age of Empire games. And although this next one is not on steam, I'd highly recommend Rise and Fall, Civilizations at War.

Hell yes! I picked up 2 copies for my brother and i to play it's fantastic, it was on sale on steam last week for 10$. It's a good chill rts not to brain busting but easy to smoke and drink, set back and have a good time with out having to manage every goddamn thing. It's Halo in a RTS, the soundtrack is absolutely awesome. And it's coop it's a blast!

The 970 is one of the best cards of all time. I think we all got our moneys worth in spades.

I can honestly say that i am blown away, the 1080ti is everything you need and more. It rips through any game dsr 4k i will be happy for years. I put it to the test on everything Forza horizon dsr to 4k 90 fps ultra in town, Any rts, and fps, any mmo, any third person shooter. You really do get what you pay for. And with a 970 wind force i would get a slide show.

@BassMan: Man that is awesome, i could not wait and wanted mine by this weekend lol. It will probably be a month before they actually ship yours, and i say this because i was lucky enough to get the last one in stock on mine. And i'ts sold out across the bored. Well at least you will get a better cooling solution and higher clocks.
