Why are you complaining I would love a wolf companion.

PS: The third "wolf" might just be a dog companion.

All that I care about is winning the match.  My K/D ratio is high a (almost 2.5) but my wins to losses is even higher (almost 5).  If I have a bad K/D ratio I don't care so long as my team won.

MW3 isn't meant to revolutionize the genre, it is merely an end to the MW storyline while providing some cleaned-up multiplayer and new(ish) spec ops missions.  It does this amazingly well but unfortunately the prevalence of hackers and douchebags on the multiplayer really detracts from the game's multiplayer and the campaign provides little in the way of new gameplay.

ME1 has the most content and best story.

ME3 has the best gameplay and combat.

ME2 is a great combination of the two.

I had a similar problem when I installed the expansions from GOTY edition and i had an interesting solution.

1. Insert the disk

2. Wait until you hear the disk spinning at full speed, your mouse icon should change to a CD

3. Once it does open your disk

4. The installer should open (or the launcher) but if you press anything you will get an error so reinsert the disk

5. Once the disk is spinning feel free to continue the standard install.

Yeah I had this same problem too.  Just go to www.thepiratebay.se and download the GOTY edition for Fallout and use that installer.  You already legally own the game so it isn't piracy.
