I liked the ending of Mass Effect it made you think and it effectively ended a great series. Most people who don't understand the concept of thinking for themselves *cough NBAmaster33 *cough rather disliked the ending. If you DIDN'T like the ending you need to blame whoever leaked the original "Dark Energy" ending onto the internet.

You definately got the original ending not the EC.  I personally liked the original ending the EC just made it a lot more... complete.

It all depends on how your opponents fight during a particular match.  If they go shotgun crazy use an assault rifle and keep your distance if they manage to get close use a throwing knife as its hard to get a 1hit kill unless they are right up on you.  If they are silenced and stealthy use recon and paint those ****ers for all to see.  If alot of air support is called in be sure to have blind eye and don't bother with shooting them down it takes too long.

The multiplayer is about constantly adapting to what your opponents are doing and finding ways of beating them.  There is no clear answer because a good player can counter almost any "proven" system.

This is the main problem with the multiverse theory it basically says anything that can happen, will happen, and has happened in another universe.  So esentially in one universe Booker failed, Elizabeth became the heir atop the throne and took over the world.  In others he never went to be babtized so he raised Elizabeth without interference from Comstock. In another he became Comstock and forced Elizabeth to do all of these things. And on and on it goes anything you can imagine or can't imagine exists in this grand infinity that is the universe hence the name Bioshock INFINITE

Bioshock 1 and 2 are supposedly in a seperate universe from Infinite.  They suggest this from the different lighthouses that you visit at the end with Elizabeth.

Her power likely comes from several things the most important is the fact that she was born to cause her own unbirth and the existing in a reality that is not her own.  The universe has a natural order to things and is trying to fix the errors in this particular universes time stream.  Another important note is that all of the theories on mulitiverses are just theories, to date there is no proof that any universe exists beyond our own.  This means you can do whatever the hell you want with the multiverse, creatively speaking of course.

Make sure you have both of the Possesion buffs as this will make the fight much easier.  Remember to use songbird everytime you can and focus him on the large Zepplins or the Gun toting barges DO NOT use him on ground troops.  Instead use the skyline to get in some instakills on weaker enemies and be sure to posses the stronger one (like the Patriot) as much as possible, Elizabeth should keep you well stocked on salts.  Don't be afraid to attack your possesed "ally" if it looks like he will survive the possession to get in those critical hits.  On the rocket weilding guys go for headshots as much as possible as it will only take you two shots to finish them off.  Shock traps also come in handy as they are effective against every enemy thrown at you so have them buffed as well.  Also stick to guns that you have fully upgraded to maximize your effectiveness.

Hope this helps.

The thing that Elizabeth and Booker were trying to prevent was Comstock from steamrolling over all universes with Elizabeth's powers and the siphon.  He would have used her powers to not only conquer his own universe but all other universes he could find and as we saw from what little meddling Elizabeth and Booker did that would not have turned out very well for anyone.  So they went to the one point that Comstock was created from the baptism, remember all universes exist simultaneously and then diverge from each other.  So untill the baptism both Comstock and Booker were the same and then it diverges in a Back to the Future style meaning the only way to interact with the other universe is to cross through tears and risk perment brain damage or death or go back to where they both existed naturally together and destroy them both (I say both but it could in fact be an infinte number of universes I use two for simplicity).
