You cannot get Nono in your party, but you can get EZEL.

Right before the end of the game (after Cid asks you to help with Ezel's new card), go to the Caodan Card Shop, and choose the option "Gossip". Ezel wil say something about you being a mediator for negotiations between the palace and theresistance. Then he will post up a mission in the pub,entitled, "Reconciliation". Complete it and Ezel should join you.

I'm not really particular with levels and stats. My setup always depends on the law cards existing at a particular day.

i preffer 2, and if you want a copy, just go to a local gamestop/EB Games, saves the online hassle, is relatively cheap, and usually isnt in bad condition, however, its still 95% in full working condition since its a cartridige and not a cd. if u cant find it, try the FE and FF tactics series!Blue_Panda

1) Should i buy Advance Wars 1 or 2?

2) Can Someone hook me up with a decent deal of a new and unused cartridge (Advance Wars), im having trouble on ebay

3) Which game is overall better?

Does anyone know how to level up at gamespot very quickly, i have tried some stuff like tons of reviews and so on but nothing has really done much. Anyones idea(s) or perspective on this would be cool.
