Alright, so that we dont have a repeat of what happend last time I'm looking for a GameSpotter to help me test the server that I set up tonight at 10:00pm PT. Any takers? I'll award anyone who helps me to stress test this 5,000 profile points to go towards their next user level. Synthia

I can be available to help setup the server. Send me a PM if you're interested.

You should be playing Stronghold 1 and Stronghold Crusader. They are MUCH better than Stronghold 2.

Looks like they learned alot and aren't afraid to admit that SH2 and everything after it sucked. Good plan to go back to the roots!

The irony! You're using the same "source" that everyone else used, an old tweet that has been proven wrong since.

Forget weekly Steam sales - they are no longer that impressive.

Direct 2 Drive is having a sale all weekend (startng now) for 20% Off ANY Pc game download - YES, including preorders and just-released games (Crysis 2 for $47 anyone?)

All you do is use code "Marchmadness" at checkout.

In addition, a ton of racing games are on sale for 75% off - and if you want, the coupon above DOES stack, so it's an even greater discount.

Enjoy!

Also, sometimes reviewers have to sign very strict deals about what they can and cannot write about in their reviews, resulting in uninformative reviews. RK-Mara

Say what now?

That's previews you must be referring to. When you're reviewing, there shouldn't be any contracts. Otherwise it's not a review.

@OP, this depends on the game.

Some games allow Steam pre-loads (so you start downloading when you purchase), some don't (so you can only download on release day).

It varies per game and it's up to the publisher to allow it.

I was expecting an average game, but reviews are surprisingly good so far
