PC gamers already look down their noses on the Teraflop's of the PS4 (as they should), much less the weaker Xbox One. I can't imagine what they think of Wii U's massive tech numbers! Not to mention there is just no games worth buying it for. At least PS4 has Last of Us, etc.

I remember when they did this for Skyrim. People were like, "PC does not look that much better".

Then they showed what Skryim looks like with mods. Those same people are still crying.

They are correct. Playing at 1080p makes you a better gamer.

But since I play at 2,560 x 1,440, I am better than every console player ever!

If you do real comparisons (aka add PC, PC modding, 2,560 x 1,440 resolutions. etc), current gen looks like the sad little thing it truly is.

Please don't feed the "current gen is fine, why do we need any better" crowd. They tend to bite.

It was a mistake to keep the cycle for consoles so long. Let us move past them and forget they ever happened.

@emgesp @foxhound_fox Xbox One, Xbox live, extra controllers/etc, and full price for games = more than I paid for my family computer. Which has a i5-3570k CPU and Radeon HD 7950 GPU. Which is much stronger then "next gen" consoles.

Since I buy 99% of my games from Steam, I usually only pay $20-$40. And since it does not take long for new games to go on sale, I have never been in a position where I was without many unfinished games to play.

Never going back to consoles. No reason to.

@Verityrant Point is, many don't believe that is why they stalled it. Being released too close to AC and GTA is more likely.
