I personally care more for paradox buying the rights to Vampire the Masquerade games. Because I want to see another bloodlines, I don't care about another candy crush.
@liquorun @TheGreatPhoenix @dani3po sonic the hedgehog 2006 is a sonic game from 2006, in which a killed sonic is revived by making out with a human girl
@tempertress @TheGreatPhoenix @Afinati which is also not a valid point. Criticizing a product, and its business practices are, or at least can be, independent of someones actual intent on getting it. Frankly, with your arguments like "they rip us off everytime so why care" and "You don't HAVE to buy it" I'm surprised they even allow you to moderate a "why we need to give this a chance video"
@tempertress @Afinati that is not an argument in favor. you realize this right? Saying "yes we are getting ripped off, however, we've been getting ripped off all the time up till now" is not a justification.
Frankly having to keep paying separately for something as "normal" (compared to time-traveling robot/human sexual relations) as pets every incarnation is a problem.
@ExtremePhobia well in multiplayer you have to option to just kill of the aggressor. The AI "human" factions will do this. Players who want to co-exist should be gunning down any human carrying a gun. its only sensible.
@Darkreaper_1 "watered down and simplified for my tastes" considering the watering down was getting rid of redundant systems that were added in civ 2 to give the idea of complexity without actually having it. I'm guessing you will be disappointed again, as they are actually adding in mechanics, not simply pretend the do, like with civ 2,3 and 4.
@CatAtomic999 unlike civ3-4 where they did nothing new, just polish, it was easy to make good AI. I'm pretty confident that their will be issues with it, simply because they've developed new systems.
