I have a 19" HD TV that I use to display my Wii and 360 games. I had to buy a VGA cable to display my 360 games in HD, because my TV does not have the required number of slots in the back for the standard HD cables. Is it possible to buy an equivalent for the Wii to the 360's VGA cable, so that I can view my Wii gam,es in a better resolution, as, once again, I can't plug in the standard component cables into the back of the TV, as the TV doesn't have the correct number of slots. Hmmmm, thanks for that. I suppose that's good in a way because it means that there's nothing wrong with my connection, but bad in that I won't be playing Oblivion tonight! I can't believe the bastards closed for maintenance on the day that Shimmering Isles came out! Have they no soul?
Hi, I wonder if anyone could help me here. I am having difficulty in connecting to Xbox Live; I have never had any problems with this before. Basically, the 'Connected to Xbox Live' symbol doesn't pop up on the screen when I turn on my console. And yes, everything is connected properly. I have run the Test Connection facility, and it is telling me that the 'MTU' has failed. I have searched Microsoft's support pages for info on this, and it says some stuff about reconfiguring my router, but I don't use a router, just a modem. This is really pissing me off, as I had been planning to download the Shimmering Isles (Oblivion Expansion) tonight, but my plans have been scuppered. Any ideas, folks? Thanks!
What I don't understand, is how the hell the Gamecube version scored a tenth of a point higher than the Wii version, when Jeff clearly states in his review that the Wii version is the the better game. This doesn't make any sense.
