If I remember right, I think that might have been the first video game I ever finished. :)

@Subaru1980 @TheBatFreak777 Yeah, I guess you're right. I'm definitely still going to play it but I was sort of hoping for at least an 8.5.

It makes me sad this is getting such a low score. I was looking forward to this one. I feel like someone farted in my coffee. It just won't be the same. :(

@playniko69 @fazio93 OK, I have to admit, this short thread is kind of funny.

The somewhat scary implication I see with all this is that if the gaming industry allows some type of direct benefit to publishers and console makers for used games then who is to say such practices might not happen in other industries.

Imagine, you let your neighbor borrow your grill for the weekend but he has to pay $5 to the manufacturer to use it because he wasn't the original purchaser. Of course, this connects very easily with other media types already covered like movies, books, music, etc but it's a slippery slope that should be avoided.

Five words with massive implications: "We will get it right." The question is, does what MS thinks is right parallel what gamers think is right? If there is disparity between the two sides how will MS bridge the gap?

With those simple five words MS has boldly claimed that they've got everything figured out. Be careful MS. We're being hopeful but we're also cautious. We've been here before. We've seen the propaganda. The question is, will you deliver?

Ok, I'll admit it, the Altered Beast reference of "Rise from Your Grave" drew me in to the article. lol Absolutely loved that game back in the day. Was absolutely ecstatic when it came out on the Sega Genesis.

@Gatman32 @TheBatFreak777 Any game that is initially described as "Once a Kinect-exclusive..." that then shifts to "enhanced by Kinect" still makes me a bit leery.

I would imagine that MS, and companies like Crytek, have heard the public complaints that the focus has been too much on Kinect. So, potentially, they're starting to back-peddle a bit to try and save some face and earn back some favor. ???

@biggest_loser @TheBatFreak777 Exactly. It has a different perspective. The flow and pacing is a lot like a 2D platformer but, instead, it is in 3D and in first person.

A similar comparison could be made to hamburgers. If I was to say that I like Burger King's burgers because they were different I'm guessing you could also say, "Yeah, but different in what way? They're still the same burgers?" In truth, most would say they are quite a bit different.
