Hey guys, can any of you help me figure something out, here are my specs:

Phenom II X6 1090T Overclocked to 3.3Ghz

Sapphire 6850 HD 1GB DDR5

4GB of RAM

450W power source (I think, but if not, the real number is not too far from that digit)

Windows 7 Professional - 32 bit

Now, I run Battlefield 3 at 1600x900 just barely over 30 Frames Per Second on a mediocre medium settings, is this normal? or could there be something wrong with my system, maybe a bottleneck, can any of you help figure this issue out.

If that is normal, then I am throughly dissapointed with the 6850, thanks.

Same here, overall, Dead Space just does an amazing thing to pull you into its atmosphere, then again it should, its horror, as far as second goes, I'd go with STALKER, shadow of chernobyl was just to damn good to let you go, and then there's Bioshock, awesome game, didn't play the second one though, it's atmosphere just adds up to the overall experience.

I don't play many old games anymore, but there are two that keep me coming back, Star Wars Nights of the Old Republic and Halo 2.

hey guys, pleasure seeing you again. So, I have a doubt about the upcoming Battlefield 3's system recommended specs, my doubt is this, are the recommended specs going to allow you to play the game maxed out fluently, or are the developers recommending those specs because you will be able to play it fluently at a cheap price? I just want to make sure whether those are the needed specs to run the game max or simply fluently but cheaper. Thanks. The Best Joke

The guy was wrong in the whole "ps3's don't have any exclusives to back up online play" which is totally false, seeing how games like uncharted (why won't you fuc$%$# come to pc!) and killzone have a great online component, but you have to give him credit in his statement of blu-ray not being mainstrean in the gaming industry, as he is totally right. later

don't get too cocky, ps2 superiority over the original xbox is undeniable, but this generations competition over costumers is pretty tight, with xbox having a lead, the only reason ms dropped the xbox was because they had stopped getting revenue for the price of production, on the other hand, the 360 is doing well, and it won't be soon over, about the 720, MANY MANY developers really like the 360's hardware and software, so much that they actually develop their games on top of the 360's software, and about at alpha stage begin to port it to other platforms. I guess what I'm saying is that you shouldn't be so sure about ps3 dominance, after all, this is capitalism.
