@Liquid-San Q2 2014 at the "least", actually. They confirmed it. That it won't be released within the company's fiscal year, which ends March 31, 2014. Even then, the game's development and gameplay are confirmed to be subject to possible changes, which I think likely means more delays.
They're just really scared of making a concrete release date, it seems.
