I know some of you will come on here and ask to have my stuff....no you cant. =)

Anyway...As you can see by my member date and amount of posts Im not some newb just ranting to hear himself talk. Ive been here since this site practically started. I was one of the very first members they had when they went to a subscription model. Anyway....In light of the latest developments I have cancelled my subscription.

Thanks for the great times. I will still visit the site from time to time but as many others have done...I will no longer pay for a subscription to a site I no longer have faith in.

Still not sure why this is a huge deal.. people get fired over ridiculous matters all the time. In fact just the other day one of my co-workers was forced to resign for song lyrics he quoted in his msn name.

Jeff was an entertaining guy for sure, and he definitely stood out with his harsh reviews. But all in all it doesn't effect me on a personal level like it has some of you. People get fired, and you'll get over it. Yes it's kinda lame that this could happen, but you'll learn to live with it guys. :roll:

The big deal is easy to see and if your not seeing it your not paying attention. The issue isnt just Jeff being fired the issue is the credibility of the reviews of this site in that they will fire someone because of pressure from an advertiser who doesnt like the review so people in the PR department use this to fire someone giving an honest review.

Well supposedly Cnet or Gamespot is going to make a statement on Tuesday is what I have heard. Me and 2 of my friends are waiting to see what that is prior to cancelling our subscriptions. Note...Ive been a paying member since 2002. Im 36 years old not a teenager.

This whole thing smells of rotten motives and actions. Currently we are looking for a new gaming site home and after this being it for 5 years it is sad.

Ive been a "Paying" member on this site since they started it. Registered in May 2002 (check my profile). As of tomorrow Im cancelling. Once Greg left the site the only reasons I stayed were Rich, Jeff and Alex. Yes Alex is still here but 3 of the 4 people liked best at the site are gone (I always liked that Parks guys dead pan reviews as well).

Anyway there is all sorts of spin on this thing but there is no denying something stinks.

Just figured I would share it but some of you may have known about it more then I. I was not even aware there was a online version of the new Stargate collectible card game. But I found out about it rummaging through the "New Releases" list here on the site a few days ago. Been playing the game for like 3 days now....Im pretty impressed. I have played MTG a while and going to the FNM events etc with my son. Also played a fair amount of the Wow game.

This is a fresh take on it. Have any of you others tried it out yet? You can try it for free and its just a 60mb download. Anyway...I wrote up a review for any of you curious at all.....

Hey all. Someone who never played this game before (just missed the whole castlevania thing because of FPS games etc). Anyway downloaded it and really enjoying it. But a dumb question....how do you save? Any help appreciated.
