It's a good idea but where's the Uncharted movie? Sony cannot be sitting there just literally not thinking about Uncharted.

I was hoping it'd be the infamous Sony vs Microsoft battle. That would've been really interesting with Sony literally making the movie.

Listen up becuase I swear that if I hear one more tug-rope on my heart for J&D and at the end of the day it turns out to be nothing, I'm gonna punch someone out. 1st, if there's nowhere further you can go with the last of us (which may be the case), then stop. That's what Insomniac did with Spyro (hey I loved the original games too). 2nd I understand why it's hard to make a new J&D, BUT...

It can be done, it'd be better these days to make a smaller adventure with a smaller scope then the massive blockbusters that still expands the universe. Like a downloadable sized game or a $20-30 adventure tops. It'd be a fair bit like before with some gameplay improvements where necessary but staying true to it's roots.

The best thing to do is to test the waters with a new product like the collection or even the last frontier. Then if the fish bites the hook, a $60 full fledged adventure, possible character redesigns (be careful NG, that concept art for the new J&D looked harry) and pseudo-reboot / sequel would be in order.

Have you ever thought that maybe the only way R&C and Sly Cooper as series would've really continued is if they were cut in price, supported by continuing installments (both series have films coming out in the next 2 years). These stories of finding their way to carry on still shine in the J&D series' possible future.

But they all have ONE thing they have to do because their creators ultimately just couldn't manage to keep on doing it, they have to give it to somebody else. And the more I think about it, there's only one developer that may be in just the right niche under Sony's belt to do it...

I intend to play this game through a few times but I wanna know how much time the whole thing will take to play through EP 1-5 complete.   It sounds like it's less than 10 hours, but if you've finished it all, please speek.

Activision is as innovate as somebody who eats the same exact burger when they go to a restaurant and maybe gets one different topping on it.

While I hope an eventual return to Jak & Daxter will come, I'm alright if they take their time before they get to it. Given that Sanzaru is making the new Sly game, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if somebody else made Jak & Daxter games... again

I'm gonna hopefully settle this dispute right now. This game hasn't aged very well but I did enjoy the enemy variety (even in waves) and boss battles. It is very simple and only takes an ounce of strategy; people thought I was good, but I was only mashing attack buttons at anybody who got close to me or targeted enemies with large areas of attack. It was a difficult but fun roller coaster of just WTF is gonna happen next. I have a feeling that Tom didn't play this in co-op which is the heart of this game. It is a very straightforward, simple, overpriced, and a short game; but definitely still fun to try here and there. Overall in its state I'd give it a 5/10. This shouldn't be more than $3; there, a simple here-you-go port for anybody interested. That I could get behind.

That trailer says Kinect at the end? It makes me wary that a game like this is becoming a downloadable release. But I'll wait to judge till we have the actual game.

-The playboy adds are gone -This all looks outlandishly familiar -I'll probably discover as much new in this game if I take another run on DR2 (Chuck Greene edition) Ultimatley, it looks like there's a better experience if you go after the DLC; since I own a PS3, I'd wait for a true sequel.

ERROR. Wrong console. This is very bad speculation; the PS4 is the least of the discussed next gen consoles meaning it's probably the fartherst away. We haven't seen many limits of the PS3 meaning a revision still isn't necessary. Here's how I'm expecting the next big 3 consoles to release: Wii U = Early 2012 XBOX Something-Something = Late 2013 PS4 = Late 2014 Because a International recession is still at hand, I don't think any 2 consoles are going to start competing in the same year (so that each console has time to demonstrate itself as the new, next-gen platform and each has a good shot out the door).
