  yep, that's the idea... well unions allready do this (some unions) but I think it would be waaay beter if it was more 'official.'

  this is my first time posting in this forum, and i would like to suggest somthing to make unions a little bit better.

  I'm a leader of a union and I thought this idea might be usefull to some of the union  leaders and unions. Some unions affiliate with eachother (such as mine) and affiliating between unions help the union's view, and members increase. I was thinking that if there was a affiliation page on all of the unions so that it's official and not so "home made." Just Idea think about it, maybe consider using the idea. thanks!

It would be new rank type for Unions

What will it achieve?

More Leadership, More Order, More Activity, etc.

What will it do?

Help the leader(s), Keep things running when the Leader(s) is/are gone, etc.

-The requirements for your enhancement?

I think limits should be setup for the Co-Leader(s) so they will not take over the Union or something else like that.

-The effects of your enhancement?
What will be the effects of it? The after effects too? Will it be a positive or a negative?

I think there should be Co-Leaders in Unions.

The Co-Leader(s) would be first in line to be Leader, before the Officers.

It would be useful when there is over 500 members in a Union. :!:

And, it should be optional to use. :!:

also, for it to work, Leaders need to be cureful who they make a Co-Leader. :!:

My idea is if you can make a photo album in the profile , that any one can put som  pictures in this album , 

that he can share weth other members in his profile ... and i have nomber of ideas.
