Interesting...or maybe just coincidence,but i also got the dreaded YLOD on my 60GB PS3 a couple of days after the 3.00 firmware update! I've had this PS3 since launch.It is kinda strange that so many people had systems brick up all around the same time.I'm on my third 360 now due to RROD,but i never expected my PS3 to pack up.What is it with this generation of consoles & reliabilty issues???

Did anyone pre-order Infamous from play.com(UK & Ireland). If so, did anyone get the email with the Uncharted 2beta code yet? Kinda strange, i've been waiting but still no sign of the email & the beta is underway!

I couldn't agree more, Sony or insomniac have alot of explaining to do! I'm not really sure which one is to blame, but this issue of messing up with the beta keys is a total disaster! I'm living in Ireland & I had preordered resistance via play.com, this was supposed to ensure a beta key...like everyone else, i got my email with the beta code, entered it into my ps3 only to discover a message on screen telling me to recheck my code! Sony need to get their act together, this better be rectified ASAP,hopefully within the next few hours! I was really looking forward to getting home & playing the resistance 2 beta, delay,delay,delay!
