@wrestlingdude: Underworld Ascension, System Shock (remake), System Shock 3, Infinity Battles cape (maybe not this year but still worth looking forward too).

@DaedalEVE: A non-issue. You can buy or use your current console controller with your PC. You can hook it up to your tv too.

You can't beat modularity or versatility of the PC.

Only thing it lacks is those exclusives that consoles hoard all to themselves.

But I see consoles getting mice and keyboards now. So things are slowly evening out.

Years of development. Lots of bells and whistles. yet the core of the gameplay, the flight and combat is worse than any of the space sims released a decade ago. Its not the delays that are the real problem. But the ineptness of the development team to nail down the gameplay -- which should already be showing with these already active game assets.

@asnakeneverdies: I'm actually finding it quite poor in quality. Theres just no 'soul' in it. Bad singer. If you want to hear it done much better, search youtube for Maluka. She did the best job by far.

@Terrorantula: Phantom Menace was bad. But The Force Awakens was an outright blasphemy. Not going to see any more Star Wars on the big screen.

@piiitabyte: Agreed. Its one thing to have your political stance and stand by it. Its quite another to go committing or supporting political sabotage. This Palmer Luckey guy seems more and more like an immature (and rich) teenager rather than a serious and professional developer.

With so much self-sabotage that Oculus is doing, I doubt few if anyone who is informed will want to purchase or do business with Oculus. At some point, even Zuckerberg will pull the plug on his support.

@thereal25: Yeah I put down Galciv3 real quick. And got a refund on this MOO reboot. For some decent to good 4x fun I'd go with Stardrive 1&2 as well as Distant Worlds Universe. Stardrive has the best ship outfitting that actually matters in combat. And Distant Worlds has IMO the richest ..well..universe. If a dev could make a modern Distant Worlds with ship outfitting like Stardrive, It would annihilate all 4x!

@nibbin1191: Same here. Loved BF1942,BF2,Bf2142. But BF4 turned me right off. Loved titanfall but hacks and cheats killed it (PC). Now I'm very cautious about jumping into Multiplayer FPS again. Though Escape from Tarkov looks to be shining light in this unfulfilling, casualized darkness of FPS mayhem.
