GameStop has been saturating the markets they're in as much as they possibly can. I worked for them up until about two weeks ago. My store, prior to leaving, had ten Wii systems in stock pretty much consistently since the beginning of September. Its not that demand nationally has dropped suddenly and dramatically, its just that our particular customer base started to dry up. People had already found it, and so we barely heard people asking anymore. Though, I'm fairly certain that will all change with the holiday season... it does every year.

So ya, the current supply may be getting better, but this could also be the calm before the storm.

Well, like I said I ultimately purchased it with the intent of up-trading. Essentially getting paid to play it while I wait for Super Paper Mario to come out. Considering I want to support M rated games on the Wii, I thought it was a good purchase decision, and now I like it too. It might be worth it on the same up-trading grounds, at least until april 15th when that deal ends. -SV

I got it when it dropped to 20$ a few days ago.  I'm committed to playing it through, and I'm actually enjoying it.  I really don't care if the graphics aren't top notch.  I enjoy the controls, although at times they can be a little unresponsive.  Mostly when trying to zoom or do a melee attack in the middle of a firefight.  Only other gripe would be vehicle "combat".  Which is more like ... avoid getting your vehicle flipped while you're trying to shoot other vehicles.

Anyway, if you can get over the graphics not being very great, and the controls at times being slightly frustrating, I'd say its worth the 20$.  I mean, if you go in with low expectations like I did, you might actually be pleasantly surprised.  I bought it entirely with the intent of doing the two for one trade deal they have going on.  Consider my surprise when I realized I'd already invested seven hours into the game.

I've got no idea. Check the connection, check the TV. Ask someone else who might know? *BUMP*

Ctown_Canaduh I already checked, unless something changes in the immediate future, the deal only excludes Wii Sports & Wii Play. -SV

I just saw Far Cry dropped to 20$ at GameStop yesterday.  So did Open Season.  Open Season REALLY sucks, so I'd only say get it if you have kids who're crazy for that stuff.  Far Cry, even though the reviews are fairly negative, I still think is worth a shot and show of support for M games at 20$.  Also, with their 2 for 1 deal, I picked up both with the intent to trade them towards Super Paper Mario in a few weeks and gain 10$ out of the whole ordeal.
