Criticism might be valid, but I wonder how much criticism there was for prior actors. Michael Keaton was Mr. Mom. Val Kilmer played Billy the Kid, he was also a secret agent in a spoof spy movie called Top Secret, played 2nd fiddle to Tom Cruise in Top Gun and played a 'slacker' in Real Genius. George Clooney? Ben Affleck? Let's see some footage before we hate on someone who 'isn't fit' for the role.
Nintendo porting more Wii U games and adding DLC. If Nintendo could have gotten the attention with these games originally, the Wii U could have thrived and Nintendo could still make money from content on the platform. Mario Kart 8 could have had a 3rd DLC pack with the battle mode fans wanted and would have purchased but instead we have to buy a new system and a new retail version of the game if we want it. Now Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Hyrule Warriors and Pokken Tournament are given new playable characters when those also could have been DLC on Wii U. Breath of the Wild has the same DLC on the Wii U, so why not these?
1:00 button lit up for Pre-Order for November 30th. By 1:01 at the click of the Check Out button came a pop-up saying it was out of stock and saved for later. At least resellers aren't making as much profit as they did on the NES Classic. I can wait longer. At some point I'll probably end up putting a PI version together anyway as I mainly wanted to buy retail to support Nintendo instead of scalpers.

@muzza93: The outcome could have been the same with a knife or just about anything else if the intent is to murder. If the victim also had a gun for protection perhaps this woman and/or boyfriend wouldn't have even made it to trial.
