Just to say, I have bought a new mic, but it doesn't work with the controller the old mic broke into, there is a high pitched sound. The new mic works well with my other controllers, although I do much prefer my slim black one.

The tip of my microphone got stuck in my slim, wired Xbox 360 controller and I have attempted pushing the tip into the Xbox with a paper clip with no result. I am aware of the other way of accesing it via the battery pack, but this would not work with my controller due to the lack of a battery pack.

Any ideas?

When I bought Empire Total War and foud out my computer wasn't advanced enough for it I had a hard time getting a refund. Is the technology needed to play Sims 3 more than Empire Total War. I don't want to be arguing at the store again trying to get a refund.

Most of your perk ideas would make the game too easy and ruin it.

I own both an Xbox 360 and a Wii and IMO each console should stick at what its good at. Xbox 360 is better for FPS and sports games while the Wii is better at Platforming and Party games. I think all consoles should stick at what they're best at instead of trying to beat another console at its own game.

Apart from Wii Fit jogging(an obvious choice) I'd say Mario and SOnic Olympics, doing athletics and swimming mainly for an hour is really exhausting.

I only add people I know or some one who I get chatting to in a game for a while or something. I can't see the point of adding people you don't know or have never played with just to brag about how many friends you have

I am a 15 year old gamer and I play Xbox Live frequently. I don't see why all mature gamers think of us kids as screaming all the time and stuff as most of us act just as mature as you lot. I just get frustrated when people say they get annoyed at kids on xbox live.:x

Its usually to make you feel like you're the character but I think its more realistic if your character has a voice. For example in mass effect Shepard talks all the time but that didn't ruin the immersion for me at all.

I would say Captain Shepard, of all those characters he lived in the most interesting setting and would be the most fun to be. I would say Master Chief but if I was him I'd probably mess it up and get killed by the covenant or the flood and doom all mankind.

By the way nice work on the list, it must've take a while to think up all those heroes and its a great post idea.
