Yep. I've seen up through the Android Saga. I think he went SSJ1 against Frieza. Sweet stuff.

Yup, Kai doesn't have much fillers...and if i remember correctly, DBZ is the only anime i've seen in English.

I didn't start watching in Japanese until I was 15. English is almost always unbearable for me now. Exceptions are Excel Saga (which is so great in both languages that I switch back and forth. Totally different experiences,) Trigun (I love Johnny Yong Bosch as Vash) and Cowboy Bebop (English is ok on it.). For DBZ, Goku's voice is fine, but everyone else is pretty bad imo.

I've seen DBZ in English (random episodes) from on Cartoon Network when I was younger. I prefer Japanese for DBZ mainly because Goku's character was altered in the opening episodes between the languages and I didn't trust English to do the series justice.

We should probably stop talking about this on the Welcome thread though. :P

DBZ might be a top five contender once I finish it, but I've gotta see every episode before I finalize anything. :) I've got too many favourite anime series.

Yes, but with English subtitles. I only took a couple years of Japanese, and it's quickly fading. :( I watch everything in its original language.

I haven't seen any of Kai. Isn't that just a streamlined version with less powering up and filler?

Well, I want to watch it in high quality, uncensored, in Japanese and preferably in the comfort of a living room chair. Plus, this harddrive is full with another series I haven't started watching. :P
