I'm getting past the middle point of the game now, and it's honestly getting boring. I have no idea where to go after killing Rom, or how to get there. I always had a general idea of what I should do and where I should go in the Dark Souls games. But now I'm just wandering around, utterly lost for hours on end. My character is also, I think, just a bad build. I focused on skill and weapons that scale best off of it, and my damage dealing capability is just plain puny.

Apparently a weapon called Chikage is best suited for me, but I have to get past an optional boss called Martyr Logarius (sp?) at Cainhurst, and he just wrecks me. I even tried him with two summoned helpers and we got wiped out. (and getting two took forever) I guess I could just grind my ass off and power level, but thats just completely unappealing after the dozens and dozens of hours already invested killing the same enemies over and over again farming for vials and bullets.

I loved the previous games, but for some reason I'm just not feeling this one.

Because we aren't belligerent and hostile towards them. We don't threaten them constantly and try to dictate to them what they can and can't have or do. They don't want nukes because if anyone ever fucks with them WE have nukes and will use them in their defense. We take our hats seriously here in 'Murica.

Huh. No idea, maybe it's something specific to the new version? Not available till Tuesday in the states, so I guess I'll find out then.

Do they have any plans to patch the online? It's almost impossible to find someone to cooperate with me. I can wait for over a half hour and get nothing. The summon signs made things so easy before, why do away with them and throw up a wall between players?

@mastermetal777: Just ignore that person. Look at the time it registered the account, and then look at the post count. Tells you everything you need to know about what you're dealing with.

I played the demo, and I have no idea why this game exists on PS4 at all. The visuals are lacking any obvious additional luster over the PS3 version, and the PS3 version doesn't require PS+ to play online.

Raiden IV: Overkill looks tempting at $9.99, love me some Raiden.

Like many other next gen releases the presentation makes me ask why they even bothered putting it on these systems. This would look low end on 360 and PS3 as a download only game at a discount. As a full priced release both digital and physical on the new systems, it's kind of insulting. Really tired of butt ugly games on these systems.
