Bioware isn't the same developer it once was. It's part of the corporate juggernaut whose sole focus is to make lots of money. I've seen the name EAware being thrown around... that name is appropriate and justified.

Not a much of a prediction because Sony is allocating many of their consoles to different regions...most their home country, Japan. So yeah, it's not that hard to predict there will be more Xbox Ones launch units available in North America.
