So I have been doing the Epsilon missions with Michael after beating the story and right after you run the 5 miles and Chris Fromage calls you, nothing happens, I keep sleeping and doing stuff with other characters and nothing happens, the last Epsilon mission never unlocks on the map, am I doing something wrong?

I also had the Minute Man Blues mission on the minimap unlocked and it's not appearing anymore either and I'm sure a few others as well... the last Tonya mission did pop up.

Just choose Free-Roam to avoid that, even if you're the only one voting for that, it will take you back to free-roam and let the other do what they voted for.

I do sometimes, when it comes to Arcade, Indie games and even some DLC.

Good call there buddy, if you're new to the game you will have a blast exploring the contients and all the game features, plus Cataclysm improved the leveling experience a lot.

I think all priority is being put into GTA V's development at the moment, I hope we'll hear something about the Red Dead series in 2013, personally I would prefer it to be before Red Dead Redemption.

I believe I do have my Facebook account linked with Gamespot, I liked tons of stuff during E3 but didn't get the achievement, I don't know if it classifies as automated or manual, but I should have gotten it.

You should get this game in my opinion, if you have played the previous ones you will enjoy it even more, it's pretty cheap nowadays so go ahead and give it a try, it melted my face off.
