I am still not going to buy one, will never forget Microsoft for what they wanted to do but I'm glad they're backing up on this, now the competition will be closer again and competition is always a good thing.
But the question is, did we ask Ubisoft to put 8 studios on AC IV? nope, if companies don't sell games it's mostly their fault, you need to give great value to your consumer, if you do DLC, make it great, Undead Nightmare for example, if you do Microtransactions, sell stuff you can buy anyways in-game like, Mass Effect 3 multiplayer, but don't sell freaking cheat codes as Microtransaction DLC.
I love WoW, my main interest in these kinds of games is Story, that's why I enjoy Swtor a lot, Blizzard has done a good job with storytelling so far in Mists of Pandaria but for me, personally... the engine is just too old for me to get that involved into a story like I do with Swtor, Mass Effect or even any other RPG, online or not.
