Diablo 3 is all based on greed. What happened to the days of companies turning out a quality product consistently, what happened to QA/QC (quality Assurance/Quality Control), what happened to the customer is always right, what happened to terminating a persons employment when they knowingly gave a flawed product to the consumer? The biggest problem with Blizzard/Activision is that shareholders who have probably never played a PC game in their lives are dictating the quality of products that we pay good money for. Diablo 3 was released to the public in what I can only call beta phase. Not only that they designed the entire game to please the cash-cow World of Warcraft fan base and not the diehard Diablo fans who waited the over a decade for D3 and invested significant hours of Diablo 1 & 2 game play and are probably still doing so as I write this. Many veteran D1 & D2 players despise World of Warcraft so why would you design D3 to have many WOW mechanics and scrap almost everything that made the Diablo franchise great. Diablo veterans wanted Diablo not World of Diablo. We also didnt want a pay2win game which it will become as soon as the Real Money Auction House is up and running. The RMAH will cheapen the Diablo experience and anyone with a few extra dollars to spend will always have an edge on players who dont have the luxury. The RMAH will make D3 a joke because it will strip all sense of achievement from the game because you can just go to the RMAH and BUY all the best gear rather than grinding and earning the gear old school style.
