I am trying to find the best solution to record my PC gameplay. I know FRAPS in considered one of the standard go-to softwares, but I find that it hits my framerate too much.
I've tested Nvidia's new Shadowplay feature, but it only works with games that have Nvidia experience profiles for.
I have an Elgato Game Capture HD I use for console gaming and want to use that. The only issue us that I want to have both audio and video output via HDMI, but need to be able to split the audio off to an analog 3.5mm plug to plug into my speakers. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem as easy as it sounds.
I have found some converters online, but don't really want to spend all that much money, especially if a solution exists that I am not seeing.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

All Wii games will work with the WiiMote+Nunchuck, minus a very small handful of exceptions which require MotionPlus (Like Skyward Sword). meetroid8
Thanks, I was expecting that was the case. Do you know if Pikmin 2 (Nintedo Selects) when played on the Wii U requires the Wii Remote and Nunchuck or can it be played on the Wii U gamepad... or some other controller?
Also, do you know if there is a website that documents all this stuff? With all the different controller combos I'd expect there'd be a place of reference.
Greenwaish isn't the only thing I give them. I know the the healing system works and I know that if I give them an item that is supposed to heal them they should use it when they are nearly dead. Picking them up when they fall is 1) cumbersome and leaves me open to attacks and 2) makes them complete useless; effectively making them an hindrance rather than an aid.
There is so much going on in this game that is great, it is just too bad little things like this add up to tarnish the experience.
I have given all m y pawns healing curatives, but they don't seem to take them like they should. I've had a pawn at deaths door for a while. He has Greenwarish, but instead of taking it he just falls at the start of every fight. Is there a trick to this or does the game just not finction correctly sometimes?
