I can see some oblivious upgrades, but some stuff looks like it didn't even upgrade or, when at the ghost closer, it downgraded. However, Halo 3 didn't need amazing visuals to impress me...the music, the new polish on the graphics, the new vehicles, and the end of the story...all combined, made one enjoyable experience. I don't regret this purchase, not one bit. The hype created for this game seems to met in my eyes...Halo 3 really wasn't going for "greatest game of all time"...it was built for the fans..so go ahead, bash the game until the end of time, tell me its overrated crap...I don't care...I'm here to game, and I chose the Halo series because it fun to me...end of discussion
uhh, Superzone, you do know you just messed up in what your saying. You said that Sony makes too many dang sequels, while saying that Halo 3, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and Metroid Prime 3 are coming out and will be awesome games. I think the correct wording for your speech would be "dull sequels". Anyways, The PS3 looks good, and I will be getting one in the summer, but definately not now. Xbox 360 seems to be having a ton more exciting games right now over the PS3, but that will change once the PS3 takes that big step and takes the reins from the PS2(which has God of War 2 still coming). After that, both system will have their own exclusive titles that will be appealing. Next year, I see MGS4 and Halo 3 duking it out during the holiday, while GTA4 enjoys major sales on both platforms. I believe that this Next-Gen war will be more neck and neck then last years. The Wii will also be in this race, and might even pull on top for a little while, but we all know that Hardcore gamers will get it, but casual gamers will skip it for a PS3 or Xbox 360 because those are now the major brands. And if I know one thing, its that people love major brands. As for me, I'm getting all three, so I can't wait to see what happens....
I don't car about loading times....all I care about is games, and the PSP isn't really offering me any game thats worth $40-$50 bucks. I have one and 5 games with it. The game Infected has very good loading times, but I used to have Untold Legends and that had unacceptable loading times. I just wish that PSP games were more cheaper($30-$20) so that I could take the risk of getting them...
To the fanboys, This is a Japanese showing....don't expect too many american games to be shown here. Now, I have to say that this list seems pretty good. The logical reason Gamespot isn't looking for a ton of Wii games is because they played a ton of them at E3 06. They are now looking for games they didn't play, like Devil May Cry or Final Fantasy XIII. Same goes for Zelda on GCN/Wii. They have played two demos of Zelda: TP, so why eagerly wait to see it at a show, when you really just want to get your hands on a copy of the game?
