I'd be happy if I could stop getting started on 1-1. Seems like no matter what course you select, so many have selected 1-1 thats all you ever start on, at least in the four hours I've played. Latest stage unlocked is 5-1.

Ya know, given Microsofts attitudes towards backwards compatibility, the fact that I can play 20 year old games just as easy as I can a game released yesterday, and given cross-buy with pc, and microsofts support of steam on pc as well, i don't mind if they win.

@wtf_666: many people believe pre-orders motivate many publishers to release a broken game and then fix it later. Without the release, you can't read the review, and without the review, you can't tell how broken the game is at launch. If companies didn't make so much through pre-orders, they'd be more scared of consumers and releasing a crappy, unfinished game. For companies like Nintendo, sure. But EA/Bethesda/Bioware are especially companies that often release broken products at launch.

Huh. Its almost like Konami could have made money. But as Jim Stirling says "its not about the gaming company making some money, they don't do anything that doesn't make them ALL the money" guarantee you this reviews better than Madden 21.

I absolutely love the Mega SG. My sega genesis games no longer look like crap. Played and beat sonic 2 and streets of rage 2 today on It and they both looked incredible. I wonder how many people will buy this that also bought the mega sg? I'm kinda tempted to just buy a sega CD as it supports those games as well..

I always love From Software's level design. It actually reminds me of Thief 1 and 2 with how elaborate the levels are laid out. They are all the pinnacle of a scripted design. If you fail, its usually because you aren't being careful, and the notes left by other players help. I do think they all "feel" pretty similar, sometimes too similar. Playing through dark souls "first" level plays a hell of a lot like demon souls "first" level( both games let you choose wherever you want, but there's a generally agreed upon "first area) I'm looking forward to this. Not a day 1 buy, but at this point in the AAA scheme, no game is a day 1 buy.
