Please contact the vendor for support. We offer games through our partners Best Buy, Trymedia and Boonty. If you go back to the gamespace page where you bought the download, you will see the name of the partner next to the purchase button.

GAME DEMOS, PATCHES OR OTHER DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Please contact the vendor or the game Publisher/Developer. If you go to the gamespace page where you downloaded the file, you will see the name of the game developer and/or distributor, with links to our gamespace pages for them. If you follow the links, their gamespace pages will have links to their websites.

You may need to clear your cookies in Firefox.

Log out of GameSpot.
Delete your cookies.
Close your browser.
ReOpen your browser.
Log back into GameSpot.

Then, please visit these links in order:

2) http://www.gamespot.com/pages/common/login.php

My apologies that you are experiencing all these problems.  With elusive problems, your router may be the culprit.  Please rollback to an earlier verson to see if that fixes the problem.

 

FYI, the new Flash video player will be released in about two weeks!!!!

This is actually a Customer Support question (http://www.gamespot.com/support), but then I'll usually say we don't provide support for purchased games!  SO... what you need to do is contact the vendor - the company who sold it to you.  No, we didn't sell it to you, Best Buy did, or Boonty, or Trymedia.  Those are our vendor partners.  You can find out the vendor by going back to the page where you made the digital purchase and looking next to the purchase button.  You'll see the name of the vendor.  Then go to their website and politely ask for service.
