Your subscription is in suspension due to non-payment. Our automatic renewal process failed because your credit card expired.  To update your billing information, please log in to GameSpot and click on "prefs" link in the upper right corner.  When the Preferences window opens, click on the "Account" tab and click on the link "Change Credit Card & Billing Info".

You can also add your XBOX Gamertag to your GameSpot Profile in your About Me Preferences:

http://www.gamespot.com/pages/preferences/aboutme.php

It can be different than your username and you can update your XBOX Gamertag at anytime.

To find out what version of Flash you have installed, just right-click on a video and you'll see "About Adobe Flash Player XX", where XX will be the version number.

This bug has been reported fixed and closed.  soul_motor confirms the fix, but I'll leave this open for now in case you see some weird behavior.

Do you have the latest version of Flash installed?  You can click here to get version 10.   Please let us know if you are still experiencing problems.
