[QUOTE="SocialAnXieTy"]

I just picked mine up last Thursday, and I've greatly enjoyed it so far.. though one thing is concerning me.

It only started tonight so maybe it's not a big deal, but whenever I put a disc in it seems to make a fairly noticeable buzzing sound.. but what's odd is, if I push down on the top of the console in line with the disc tray, it stops the noise. Sometimes doing this will fix it completely, whereas other times it helps for only a few seconds. Has anyone else had this issue, and is it at all dangerous to the console? Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I wanted to see if anyone else had anything to say about it as well.

Some games do that. I had this happen once with my Halo 3 disc. It sounded fine on my buddies but had a buzzing noise on mine. Get this, his Halo 3 disc was quiet on my 360. I don't hear it at all when its installed so try doing that. :)

Yeah, it was doing it for my BF:BC2 and UFC 2010 discs, and after I installed them I've not had that problem.. not to mention the load times are a hell of a lot better. I've yet to really enjoy the benefit of installing games because my old X360 was a December '06 model and it only held 10 GB's. XD

So yeah, I'll just install my most frequented games so that it's not an issue.

The main one I'm concerned with is the fact that I can't post on news bulletins.. when I go to the page, it tells me to sign in if I want to leave a comment, despite me being logged in already. I thought signing out and back in would fix it, but to no avail. I also noticed on my profile that my Level is back down to 1, when it was 16-18 just a few hours ago.

I know the site's going through a few glitches at the moment, but I just thought I'd report these in hopes that it'd help you all out.

I'd like for FFVIII to hit the PSN Store simply because I was never able to finish it due to a faulty third disc, and I'd absolutely love FFIX to show up there sometime soon. It's my favorite of the Final Fantasy series.

Is there any way to download DLC through the PSN website, or do I have to have a PS3 to do that? Because I lack one at the moment.

I have a PSP, but I don't have a wireless router or anyone closeby with a wireless setup, but I'd like to connect my PSP to the internet so that I can buy some games, get some DLC, etc.. is there any way to do this, or will I have to break down and buy a wireless router to pull it off?

Thanks for any and all responses.

Okay, that actually helped. I google'd the model number and found some info on it. The description says that it has Component cables, but it's still only a standard definition television. Poo. :[

Oh well. Thanks for you help, man! I really appreciate it.
