@freedomfreak: That part alone from the trailer/teaser completely ruined my hype. And I almost forgot about it.

It was many things.

1. Halo 1, 2, and 3 were the absolute kings of online console gaming at the time. There was no competition, halo had all the market until about halfway through halo 3s lifespan when cod 4 came out and the cod franchise got massive. Today, halo has to compete with cod, battlefield, titanfall, overwatch.

2. Halo reach split the fanbase. Bloom, sprint, armor abilities. Then h4 came out which was absolute trash, imo, and that managed to split the fanbase even more. Then microsoft screwed up the xbone launch with their policies and then MCC launched broken. There really was not much trust left for H5 with 343's shit record and microsoft's launch.

3. Then Halo 5 having the best gameplay since H3 came out. But came out barebones. Additionally, Halo 5 takes much more individual skill than its competition and can leave noobs getting absolutely destroyed which discourages them from playing and so go to COD.

Did not finish the video. The first and second criticisms used were utterly stupid for using as main arguments to prove the game sucks. And also factually wrong in evidence such as there is more dialouge than "playing the game". Idk what else I should have expected considering he opens his video with memes.

Unity was my second ass creed after black flag, I got it after it was all patched up on ps4 and I found it to be a pretty good game. FC4 was also sweet except the fucking eagles were too much.

Edit: Unity and fc4 have good graphics. Some of the best this gen.

Earlier I wanted to reply uc4 because I remember the combat being fun, but then I remember there is zero action in the first 2 hours and within those those hours, the most self indulgent shit you will ever see: a non skippable segment of drake walking in his attic looking at memorabilia of his past adventures attempting to evoke a feeling of nostalgia because the stories in the first 3 games have been so deep, thoughtful, and mesmerizing (that was fucking sarcasm btw). Oh and the scuba diving section, holy ****.

The best part though, is when you're finally on the pirate island chasing the treasure, and in the middle of it you get a 2 hour flashback of little drake exploring (by exploring I mean walking slowly) of a hag's mansion who happens to be a friend of drake's contrived mother.

Also: the dozens of walking/climbing sections that destroy the pace of the game.

Gunplay is good tho

For those that have played DOOM, I want to get it but everytime I see videos, half the kills seem

to be melee kills, as if it is the most efficient way to kill, and that puts me off. Is it true ?

I would say get dragon age inquisition ONLY if it comes with all the DLC. The DLC has enhancements that make combat much better.
