"I like his music, specially the music from Final Fantasy XIII." Final Fantasy XIII is not being done by Uematsu. It's being done by Masashi Hamauzu, who worked with Uematsu on the FFX soundtrack, including doing the arrangements for the Piano Collections release of that soundtrack. Hamauzu's probably my current favorite Japanese game composer at the moment, but there's far too many composers in the medium that I like to list them all here. Also, folks, note that the prompt at the end of the article does ask to talk about your favorite composers, so comments don't have to be about Uematsu himself. I met himself, and he's a great composer in what he does...but he's not the only one out there. ;)
