I recommend googling search, Can I run It, and it will review your hardware and the system requirements, it will be able to tell you how well it will run, and you can use it for any game before you buy it.

I think AC4 would be present time... They will get to the 'point' in which desmond is needed in his own time, or that he dies off some how and we get a different one in the present time... or something

best way to check is to google search Can I run This, and go to that site, it reads the hardware your computer has and what the game needs to see if it matches or how well it can be played.   I use it all the time
