That ladder example has to be one of the nicest openings to a videogame review.

@Barighm: Gamespot's 5 says just below the score in clear words "Mediocre". Most people tend to avoid mediocre games. The games you enjoyed despite being them being a 5 is probably because you didn't come across them through the GS review but through other means.

The reviewer made a somewhat convincing argument that its a low score game. Though I think a 6 would have been more fair because a 5 basically tells you to avoid the game at all costs and a 6 means its not a great game but you can try it if you are really into horror games.

So the video review gives it a 7 but the written review gives it an 8. Does no one at gamespot read and watch their own reviews?

Guys, you did really well! I loved the show when danny was on it, and i loved it even after he left. You guys didn't let the show down even for a moment. I liked how the show evolved to have four permanent guys towards the end. Wish you all the best in your future endeavors. I really hope you guys are able to fill in the empty slot with a well deserving video series.

@sassylahdida: I dont know why they keep using that broken player. Simply shift your videos to youtube, problem solved. In fact they already have a youtube channel that uploads most of the videos, so why they keep using the player is beyond me.
