Honestly friend you should not be disheartned, in fact you should be happy to have such loving parents who take good care of you and love you. Some parents don't care what their children do and they give them no attention, but your parents care for you and your afterlife. They are worried because according to them, they want God to give you everything you desire. I respect your decision and there is no compulsion in religion, but I believe you should give your parents a chance. Make them believe that if God is really out there then He would help you in making the right decision. But don't hurt your parents, they by far are the greatest treasure for any human being.

I have 2 PSN accounts, USA and UAE. Can I purchase Vita games from my USA psn account store and play them on my Vita which is linked to my UAE account (all of my trophies are in the UAE acc )?

I havent tried it, so I want to confirm before wasting my money.

If I can't, is there any possible way I can?

Thanks!

Do you think that parents should be allowed to murder their offspring?

No you shall be resurrected to give account of your deeds. Then you will live in Paradise for eternity. :)

[QUOTE="sayyy-gaa"]

[QUOTE="MirkoS77"] Then by what basis can God have to hold us to any standard? He dictates His morality to us by Earthly means, but this does not apply to Him as well? How convenient. No wonder believers can accept genocide committed by God but frown on that done by us. I always got the impression that Christians were not moral relativists? I always love this. Anytime the religious get cornered, the inevitable "we cannot understand God's ways" line drops. Time and time again.

And in my scenario, it doesn't matter if it's someone else or me getting shot. The point stands, the one shooting is still committing an act of evil. Unless of course, it's from this "loving" God, right?

MirkoS77

I love when people approach God's will and ways from any point...A few things

1. God is God...you are not. When you make a cosmos, fill it up with cool stuff, then inhabit at least one known planet with sentient life, then maybe you can question an all powerful, all knowing being.Until then, his ways are above your ways.

2. God never committed genocide(at least not God in the bible).

3. It does matter who commits the act of evil because only you are in posession of your soul.

Riiiiight. I was expecting as much.

1. I can question an all powerful, all knowing being as much as I wish. Don't you? Do you live your life NOT questioning, but instead just accepting? I sincerely hope not, for that's a truly frightening (and dangerous) way to live. But that's what it sounds like to me. This "mysterious ways you'll never understand" argument always comes up when someone can't argue. You sit on a forum discussing the very thing you say is incomprehensible. If they are above my understanding, then why are they not above yours? If you are able to argue, as you have been, they are not above you. Nor are they me. That's a cop-out excuse.

2. Sodom and Gomorrah? The great flood? But when you give God a free pass with your double standards, they can't be viewed as genocide I suppose.

3. So you're saying the morality of an action changes depending on the circumstances (not sure what you're getting at here)? That's known as moral relativism. If I kill someone and am executed, my crime does not lessen the evilness of the executor. You believe morals to be absolute right?

You people confound me to the ends of the Earth. There's always an Ace up the sleeve. It's fascinating watching someone try to defend and rationalize their faith. I have to say I admire someone that's able to do so.

1. Its true you have every right to question about God and try to understand, and that is why God has given his Signs for you to understand Him better. There should be a clear line drawn between what has been done by US and by GOD. Without doubt, God is All Powerful and All knowing, but he has given us the responsibility to use our own free will. We have given a choice of either do good or evil and the consequences will be ours only. 2. God didn't committed Genocide. Even if He did, Its His wish. He knows what we do not and He has the power to destroy what He Created, can't you just accept that? 3. If you Kill an innocent you go to Hell in the day of judgement.
