In fairness the game is a brilliant one that I can't stop playing since I bought it last weekend. The season pass gives you like an additional 50 cars, a new car each month as well until April 2013 and the rally expansion has 25 rally tracks and 5 rally cars so technically you ARE buying another game. Wanted a rally game too? Now you've got it. Personally I'll probably not shell out for the season pass (i do think it is rather expensive at 4000MSP) and so will purchase just the rally expansion pack instead which is only a portion of the price at 1600MSP. I've been waiting a long time (since Grid in fact) for a racing game I can really get into and really enjoy and this is the one for me. I recommend it for anyone whether you decide you want the DLC or not is up to you but don't discount the game's playability just because of the expensive add-ons. At least rent it and see what you think then you're really not missing out are you? :)
