On Mobius all of the Chaos Emeralds that can be found are Green, including the Master Emerald.

After the battle in #125 which resulted with Sonic landing on another planet, he found that their Chaos Emeralds were red.

When he tried to use them to become Super Sonic, they made Super Sonic a seperate being. Unfortunately, Super Sonic believed that good and evil didn't exist, only Chaos. So he went on a rampage and tried to destroy the planet's moons. He disappeared after his time limit went up.

In #169, one of Robotnik's creations, known as A.D.A.M. used Tails and Shadow as a power supply for his Chaos Emerald magnet. This magnet collected all the Chaos Emeralds from Mobius (except the Master Emerald) and 6 other locations in the universe. While Super Sonic was busy fighting Super A.D.A.M, Turbo Tails and Super Shadow sent all the emeralds into the Zone of Silence.

In the following issue, Sonic and Tails went into the Zone of Silence to get a Chaos Emerald to save the King. They found out that Feist, a powerful entity that lives in the zone had used their power to reshape the zone. He had also converted them into 7 emeralds, instead of thousands.

I have to agree there Secret Rings didn't have a great storyline but at the end I was ok with it. He trapped Erazor Djinn in the lamp and saved the world and he made that stupid hanky wish and I was like WTF!! Sonic! You have unlimited wishes! Wish for gold, wish for power, wish for Sega to make a good game for you!!

Tosh ahead of Flex notices the group fighting.

He come up behind Tosh.

Flex: Man what a drag must we get involed

Town Of The Fishermen

Flex and Tosh appear inthe city's Fishmen town to search there surroundings they notice the sea man fishermen and pumps for water along with nets.

Tosh: Wow... well at least its close to the aera of chaos.

Flex: Im sure it will benifit us in someway

They see the news of a repot of a werid man making distruption in town near them on the TV

Flex: What did I tell ya

Tosh: Yeah... pretty weird

They begin running down the path town.

Tosh was waitin on the outskirts of what seemed like a temple to see Flex comin outside it.

Tosh: Well

Flex: No luck only more scriptions, should of known this emerald Temple would hold the Black sand its self

Tosh: Well what now

Flex: For now will have to wait till more info pops up

Tosh: Then how about we check out the the city with those weird warriors

Flex: You can't sit still can you chill and relax? *sigh* fine but I can only spring us to the towns Finsherman aera I don't have as much sand as before.

A warp like orb of sand surrounded then disapeared in the wind.

Flex and Tosh arrive in Shamar and take a break a food stand the notice the random people within the town they just left.

Flex: *sigh* I swear the randomness never stops in this world
