Aside from the fact that the Scorpio is obsolete on launch, and the very notion of a console being "obsolete" while games are still being released on it being absurd, let me address one of the even dumber things you said.

Upcoming it has The Last of Us 2, Days Gone, Detroit: Become Human and God of War.
The Xbox has... Halo 5 Guardians, Forza 6 and Horizon 3, ReCore, Master Chief Collection, Sunset Overdrive, Rare Replay, Upcoming it has the inevitable Halo 6, Forza 7, Crackdown 3, Sea of Thieves. Scalebound was canceled so that's gone.
The whole point to buying a game console is to play games. The PS4 has far more games to play. The Scorpio may outperform the PS4 Pro for multiplats, but is that performance worth getting a library with less than 1/5th the exclusive games? It's not like the PS4 or PS4 Pro versions of Battlefield and Call of Duty are going to run at 30 fps while the Scoprio version runs at 60fps.
Are you one of those delusional fanboys that think that Microsoft is sitting on 5-6 must-have exclusives right now that we'll see at E3? They couldn't even get that shitty version of Fable on the Xbox One. Their first party situation is a nightmare to say the least. More Halo and Forza is all you can be guaranteed.
