Why do you care what other people enjoy? furthermore how can you judge anybody as immature when you write out posts containing nao, gaem and evur...? I just got through replaying SMB2 (lost levels) and while it's dated in every aspect, I still had a blast regardless.

I use an Logitech F310 which is the wired version and uses soft tact switched on the dpad for a microswitch feel -- far superior to any first party effort barring the neogeo.

Both have their merits but I prefer PC overall for the freedom to choose how the game runs (and a selection of games that just aren't available on other platforms). This generation however there is no competition, I've never seen a more incompetent console line up this far into a gen -- it's like we're still in the launch period.

My kids have a great time on their Wii-U -- I am in the process of building them a PC though, although part of the reason for that is school work.

It is a mess I agree but I actually agree with a few points he makes: the younger audience today does seem to be unwilling to give games a chance if they don't have exceptionally bloated budgets -- as we have already seen, these AAA huge budgets aren't really sustainable, but I do appreciate it's what the average gamer has grown accustomed to.

Wouldn't this effectively kill what goes on within this sub-forum? I can't see people posting walls of reviews to weigh one system against another.

Personally I like the numerical system, anything ranging between a 7-9 has a good likelihood I will enjoy it on some level, and I know to avoid the six's and below without at least doing some research prior to purchase.
