If i am not mistaking he is not even getting to windows so downloading anything is not going to help. But in saying this ram sounds about right. So take out your memory that is slotted into the mobo and start up the pc, see what happens. It should make a very fast beeping sound. If not then it might be your cpu is not secured properly or faulty. Reseat all your plugged in devices and start her up. Take out all your nonesential hardware such as add on soundcards/usb cards and dvd/blu ray players and start up the pc. Also if you have or a friend has a powersupply plug this in and see what happens. Let us know.wurn
well idid checked the rams what i did that when i removed one & let other set then the pc would boot up until windows loads up then again same happens i suspect DIMMs slots are faulty maybe i dont know plz help.

This is the equivalent of asking "Have you seen my wife" to a total stranger when on holidays... meaning, name some specs, please.

Could be anything ranging from faulty hard drive, PSU, mainboard, CPU to simply a loose electrical cable somewhere...

C2D E6750 stock,2gig ram,Intel DG31PR board,Inno 3D geforce GT 240 1024MB.

The 60GB model didn't use emulation, it had the actual hardware inside it. Generally the game do look better though.spazzx625
can you post some screens for comparison's sake maybe it's too much but if you can.

how much of a differnce would upgrading to a AMD Phenom X3 8450 2.1 GHz Triple-Core from a AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 5200 2.7 make gaming wise?

bray4six

check this link here is a comparison between these two but its not much gaming wise if you have AM3 or AM2+ socket your better off with Athlon 2 X3/X4 or Phenom 2 X3/4.
