I bought both, but I like Carbon more for some reason, probably because of its decent storyline. Also if you hit a car in Carbon, you do get minimal damage but your speed doesn't go down so dramatically unlike in Rivals where once you hit a car, it takes about 10 or 15 seconds to pick up speed.
Maybe if the mayde a Monster Rancher Portable ( remember that for the Playstation??? ) but thats as close as you'll get. You'll never see Sony and Nintendo together, at least not for a VERY LONG TIME.
I thought GRAW 2 wasn't a bad game and it necessarily isn't, its just missing a few multiplayer options here or there. That or MGS Portable Ops or Syphon Filter Logans Shadow should do it for you.
If you haven't already, get MGS Portable OPs. Its awesome, and its got some good replay value too. That or Syphon Filter Logans Shadow is a good buy. I have Jeanne de Arc. I can tell you its a fun RPG and sorta breathes life into that genre for the PSP.
MLB 07 is a pretty good game on the PSP. I own it and its pretty fun. You can also try the BIGS which is an arcade baseball game. Madden 08 is pretty decent. Personally my favorite sport game is Fight Night Round 3. Although it got a low review, its pretty addicting and fun to play with if you have others who own the game.
