the problem is that a lot of people find some of that stuff "fun" when in reality i think u are just playing to justify monthly bills... then again i know some people that actually get a kick out of grinding and grinding....
if you count monotonous grinding, weekly raids and some sort of lame pvp as fun.... then i think u have yet to experience any fun at all... then again everyone likes different things.
1. aerith's death and how cloud put her in the water was very very sad and memorable.
 2. learning that cloud's been living his life as "zack" and yet kicking ass while he was at it lol. thank to ffcc i could understand more of that and relate how he was living for the both of them.
3. ff8. when while floating in space, you come across the ragnarock. best looking and more badass airship in all the final fantasy games IMO.
^what he said. maybe i used the wrong words. but the sprites like chrono and Janus in CT looked way way better (cooler) then the ones i have seen in ff 6 and down. mario rpg was another game i played god knows how many times on the snes and then in roms.... sword of mana (seiken densetsu 3) was another good game i played years after as a rom and could easy play it again. simply because the games packs good action and the sprites doesnt look crappy at all. ofcourse then ff7 came and stole my soul... but thats another story.... anyways.... my point is that even though ffiv or ffvi had a great story, a lot of people like myself (or maybe it has to do with my age i'm not sure) didnt get far enough or even tried neither of those games simply beacuse the way they look and play. honestly it pisses me off sometimes seeing how in some of these old games the sprites dont even move to do a simple normal attack.... i think that is just plain lazy from the developers part....
