my only problem is the lack of 1080p support. dont listen to all these guys the game is awesome and the cover system is great much better than the Rainbow vegas series.
The story is great and the new weapons are perfect and fun. I start thinking on how long we will have to wait for the second DLC and who will be the new character I really hope they use Little Jacob or Brucie Kibbutz. I'm glad that I have an Xbox 360.
Well its true that there is some dlc coming for the pc, however what makes the pc version superior is all the free mods out there. check fallout3nexus.com and see for your self.

do you play you're ps3 in a cheap crappy house without heating or something? im sorry i dont want to judge you're parents but if all they can afford is to pay rent for a crappy 10 square foot house that gets hot and uncomfortable every time u turn on a ps3 then they are doing a horrible job at supporting a family. can they even afford to feed u everyday? Dude, everyone I know who owns a PS3, myself included, have made jokes about using it as a heater. It doesnt get my room uncomfortably hot, but playing for a few hours with the door shut will definitely make a noticeable difference in the temperature. The system gives off heat just like a PC or a 360, but a little more so from my experience. I just being sarcastic hope nobody got offended.

I agree with this post, why compare this two games? maybe because is one of the only PS3 exclusives that is actually an awesome game. PS3 Fans let's pray that It doesn't end up in the X360 because than all this arguments will be pointless.
I played both games and to be honest I think the story in Gearsof War 2 is much better. Resistance 2 forgot to explain a lot of stuff that happen in the first game, like what happen to the so called angels?, or how the chimera build a those ships so fast. The Story of Gears of War 2 kept me more intrigued and entertained than R2. But both games are worth the time to play. I not saying which game is better, I just saying that I enjoy Gears of War 2 story.
