The One won't lose performance without the Kinect, but it might hinder your experience. I like to multitask, so going in and out of the room using voice commands speeds up things. Plus, when I'm going to town on epic bbq wings, pausing/playing tv, bluray or whatever with voice command is crucial to not saucing up my controllers. :P Plus other neat stuff you can do when gaming or navigating. Anyways, if you're not interested in the Kinect now, get the One. It's a lot of fun.
It'd be nice for MS to secure more killer apps to entice gamers to buy the One, but it's also good for everyone to enjoy the series. Whatever happens, happens. I'm looking forward to Titanfall 2.
It's a great system that will get better in time with more games coming out, and software updates adding features and stability. I'm glad I picked one up.
Also, an actual legit question. If you played the beta, do you keep your level and stats in the real game? Im assuming yes, but I'm not sure. Has anyone heard?
It's funny how cows get so butthurt when any game not on their system scores well. A bunch of babies. Anyways, hype met and gonna get this beast on THE ONE tomorrow!
