@chipwithdip I believe Dream Team can be downloaded and you can buy prepaid cards from cardscodes(dot)com . They send you a scan of the card by email and although I never used them for Nintendo I have used them for PSN and they usually send within the hour.

@yourdem1ze Did you forget all the fuss about diablo and simcity? Yes, people do bash developers/publishers that require you to be always online.

@MagneticFusion @RobertAgius I know right! I never heard about it in a big flashy trailer, I just happened to see dozens of videos on youtube about the game and it got me into it. I ended up getting the limited edition with the artbook and soundtrack as well.

Then lower the bloated marketing budgets. If a game is good it will be advertised for free by the people that enjoyed it. Take a page from Dark Souls' book.
