Level 32 at the Fair Island is overkill dude your out leveling the content that's why. But I'll be honest that's not very far into the game and I only except the difficulty to curve as you go further along.
T.V screens aren't made for reading text that same way Monitors are but if you're not going to spend a lot of time doing that a T.V for a monitor wouldn't be a bad choice.
