I don't judge. I used to until I had actually lived (and continue to) live through very difficult times. People who say suicide is "selfish" and "cowardly", I find, mostly ALWAYS come from those who haven't truly suffered a hard day in their entire lives. I've come very close to suicide a few times in my life, as I have a chronic illness that causes me great discomfort, pain, and misery on a consistent basis. But I know my parents would be destroyed if I did so, and know that there are those out there who care, and personally I'd rather suffer as much as I possibly can than put them through such pain. They don't deserve it. Plus the fact if I ended it what was the point of all the fighting I've done over so many years?
Rekunta's forum posts
Look at Rekunta's sig. :PRun...run like crazy. Ah Manni was an idiot, she shouldn't have bailed him out.[QUOTE="DJ-Lafleur"]
I'd keep it for myself.
I mean, how could anyone accidentally lose all of that money? If I was holding that much cash I'd be keeping my eyee on it at all times. If someone was stupid enough to losse that much than they deserve to lose it, quite frankly.

There's one thing I'm wondering about this whole auction house thingy.
I'm hearing that you can auction items with in-game currency (gold) if you don't wish to use real money. So, this begs the question.....why would I pay for an item at auction with real money when I can pay for it with the huge amount of gold that I've accrued for free over the many, many hours I plan on playing? Will there be exclusive items that can only be gotten with real cash but that are limited otherwise?
This whole auction house seems stupid. I know I'm not going to pay real money for items I get as a reward for playing, which is a large part of the enjoyment that comes from the Diablo series and gives it its longevity. Plus that fact that I can get them for free if I invest enough time into the game to become rich, which I know I'll be doing.
Unless I'm misunderstanding this, it makes no sense to me.
About PC Gamer's DA II review: I believe (though could be mistaken) they same guy that reviewed it also gave DNF an 80%. The original reviewer of Deus Ex gave it a 95%, and he was the one who reviewed HR a 94%. Or so I've heard. I don't doubt that many of its flaws are being overlooked on account of its past and pedigree, but considering all the amazing feedback people have been throwing its way, I think it's safe to say this will do quite well.
[QUOTE="Rekunta"]I'll be sure to enjoy your game though, IF I buy it used 10 years from when it comes out.garrett_daniels
Ah, but your used copy is a worthless coaster because the bundled CD key is irrevocably tied to a Battle.NET account... :(
Then I'll have to weigh my other options. ;)I'll always buy a game new unless it's so old that's not an option.
